Founder and Director Garry Harman has been working in the concreting industry for more than 20 years. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive experience across residential, commercial and industrial projects, building a reputation for reliability, quality workmanship and attention to detail.

In 2020, Garry took the leap and established Harman Concreting with a small team of dedicated workers and a vision to create a company that clients could trust. What started as a small local operation has grown into one of the region’s trusted concreting businesses.

Today, Harman Concreting proudly employs more than 10 local team members and continues to provide opportunities for people within the Lockyer Valley and surrounding communities. Garry is passionate about supporting the next generation of tradespeople and has helped team members undertake apprenticeships and develop long-term careers within the industry.

While the business has grown significantly over the years, Garry remains heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. You’ll often find him on-site, working alongside the team, meeting with clients and ensuring every project is completed to the high standard Harman Concreting has become known for.

For Garry, success isn’t just measured by the number of projects completed. It’s about building a strong team, creating local employment opportunities and delivering quality concrete work that stands the test of time.

The Team at Harman Concreting are Excelling at What They do Best!

Harman Concreting has become a well-known name around the Lockyer Valley and Surrounding areas. Over the past three years we have done numerous residential, commercial and rural projects.

New driveways, pathways, pool surrounds, shed awnings and shed slabs have kept us busy on the residential aspect. With clients loving the choice between various different exposed aggregates (pebble concretes), oxide coloured concretes and stencil concretes (spray concretes).

We have done various projects for the Somerset Regional Council, including new concrete pathways, Kerbs, ramps, stairs, shop fronts and driveways for the Kingaroy Transformation Project as well as various projects for the Lockyer Valley Council and South Burnett Regional Council. On the commercial front we have been doing various projects for McNab's including new concrete works at Stanbroke Meat Works. We have also done various projects for Kilcoy Global Foods and Swickers Kingaroy Bacon Factory.

We are proud sponsors of the Lockyer Valley Turf Club, where we have done various different projects, as well as the local Soccer Club and the Gatton Hawks Football Club.

Our crew of workers has grown and so has our machinery and equipment. Bobcat, excavator and tipper truck are among some of the new equipment we have gained since first starting our business.

Thank-you to our customers and clients, the feedback we have been receiving has been both encouraging and rewarding, and we look forward to what the next few years brings.
